2. The above usage parameters are recommended and should be determined according to different environmental temperatures, dispensing machines, processes, and fabrics. The process of dispensing and flat pressing should be completed within 20 minutes (it is recommended to achieve the best bonding effect within 10 minutes).

3. The corresponding size of adhesive dots should be determined according to different fabrics to ensure the fastness, feel, and appearance of the cured adhesive dots;

4. Confirmation of the hot pressing composite effect of the flat press machine: After hot pressing, the adhesive points will melt and infiltrate into one-third of the other material. It is advisable to leave one-third of the flattened adhesive between the two materials and one-third of the adhesive on the other material; Also, because the adhesive dots cool down to a milky white color after hot pressing, one or two pieces can be randomly inspected and torn open to observe that there are uniform white adhesive dots on both pieces of fabric. You can feel the glue by touching it with your hands.

5. The curing speed of glue depends on the ambient temperature and humidity: 80% can be cured after 12 hours at room temperature, and 100% curing takes 2 to 3 days; When the ambient temperature and humidity decrease, it is necessary to adjust the curing time of the adhesive point to ensure that the subsequent processes are not affected.
